Audited Supplier 25CrMo4 has high hardenability, no temper brittleness, good weldability, and little tendency to form cold cracks. It has good machinability and cold strain plasticity. Generally used in the quenched and tempered or carburized quenching state, 25CrMo4 alloy steel is used to manufacture high-pressure pipes and various fasteners, as well as higher grade carburized parts, such as gears, shafts, etc., working in non corrosive media and media with a working temperature below 250 ºC and containing a mixture of nitrogen and hydrogen.
Production process
The hot-dip galvanized hot-rolled sheet production line adopts the improved Sengimir annealing process, with the raw material being hot-rolled and pickled sheet coils. The production process is as follows:
Hot rolled pickling plate coil → uncoiling → cutting head and tail → welding → inlet looper → improved Sengimir method horizontal annealing furnace → hot galvanizing → cooling after plating → zinc layer thickness gauge → smooth leveling and straightening → passivation treatment → inspection table → electrostatic oiling → coiling → weighing and packaging → finished product warehousing.
