Product Description

ERW means Electric resistance weld tubing, and it is a method of tubing production where slit coils of steel are put through a gradual cold forming operation until the two edges of the steel are joined together in a tubular form.SS 316 contains iron, chromium, molybdenum, nickel, and manganese, whereas UNS S31803 contains iron, chromium, molybdenum, nickel, nitrogen, manganese, and copper. This means that UNS S31803 has higher levels of corrosion resistance than SS 316 due to its additional components.Stainless Steel 321 Seamless Pipe has a composition of chromium, nickel carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, silicon, titanium and nitrogen. The chromium, nickel and titanium produce the pipes with high yield strength 205MPa minimum and high tensile strength 515MPa minimum.
