Product Description

Precipitation hardening stainless steel
It has excellent formability and good weldability, and can be used as an ultra-high strength material in the nuclear industry, aviation, and aerospace industries.
According to composition, it can be divided into Cr series (400 series), Cr Ni series (300 series), Cr Mn Ni (200 series), heat-resistant chromium alloy steel (500 series), and precipitation hardening series (600 series).
200 series: chromium manganese nickel
201202 et al.: Replacing nickel with manganese has poor corrosion resistance and is widely used as a low-cost substitute for the 300 series in China
300 series: Chromium nickel austenitic stainless steel
301: Good ductility, used for forming products. It can also be rapidly hardened through mechanical processing. Good weldability. Wear resistance and fatigue strength are better than 304 stainless steel.
302: The corrosion resistance is the same as 304, but the strength is better due to the relatively high carbon content.
303: By adding a small amount of sulfur and phosphorus, it is easier to machine than 304.
304: Universal model; Namely 18/8 stainless steel. Products such as corrosion-resistant containers, tableware, furniture, railings, and medical equipment. The standard composition is 18% chromium plus 8% nickel. Stainless steel that is non-magnetic and cannot be changed in its metallographic structure through heat treatment methods. The GB grade is 0Cr18Ni9.
304 L: With the same characteristics as 304, but with low carbon, it is more corrosion-resistant and easy to heat treat, but with poor mechanical properties. It is suitable for welding and products that are not easy to heat treat.
304 N: With the same characteristics as 304, it is a nitrogen-containing stainless steel, and adding nitrogen is to improve the strength of the steel.
309: Compared to 304, it has better temperature resistance, with a temperature resistance of up to 980 ºC.
309 S: With a high amount of chromium and nickel, it has excellent heat resistance and oxidation resistance. Products such as heat exchangers, boiler components, and jet engines.
310: Excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance, with a usage temperature of up to 1200 ºC.
316: The second widely used steel grade after 304, mainly used in the food industry, watch accessories, pharmaceutical industry, and surgical equipment. Adding molybdenum element gives it a special corrosion-resistant structure. Due to its better resistance to chloride corrosion compared to 304, it is also used as "marine steel". SS316 is commonly used in nuclear fuel recovery devices. 18/10 grade stainless steel is usually also suitable for this application level.
316 L: Low carbon, therefore more corrosion-resistant and easy to heat treat. Products such as chemical processing equipment, nuclear power generators, and refrigerant storage tanks.
321: In addition to reducing the risk of material weld corrosion due to the addition of titanium elements, other properties are similar to 304.
347: Adding stabilizing element niobium, suitable for welding aviation equipment parts and chemical equipment.
400 series: ferritic and martensitic stainless steel, manganese free
408: Good heat resistance, weak corrosion resistance, 11% Cr, 8% Ni.
409: Cheap model (British and American), belonging to ferritic stainless steel (chromium steel).
410: Martensitic (high-strength chromium steel), with good wear resistance and poor corrosion resistance.
416: The addition of sulfur improved the processing performance of the material.
420: "Cutting tool level", similar to Brinell high chromium
