Surface grade
430 stainless steel has the following states, with different states and different resistance to dirt and corrosion.
NO.1, 1D, 2D, 2B, N0.4, HL, BA, Mirror, and various other surface treatment states.
Feature processing technology
1D - The surface has discontinuous particles, also known as a foggy surface. Processing technology: hot rolling+annealing shot peening pickling+cold rolling+annealing pickling.
2D - Slightly glossy silver white. Processing technology: hot rolling+annealing shot peening pickling+cold rolling+annealing pickling.
2B - Silver white with better glossiness and flatness than 2D surfaces. Processing technology: hot rolling+annealing shot peening pickling+cold rolling+annealing pickling+quenching and tempering rolling.
BA - Good surface gloss with high reflectivity, similar to a mirror surface. Processing technology: hot rolling+annealing shot peening pickling+cold rolling+annealing pickling+surface polishing+quenching and tempering rolling.
No.3- Has good glossiness and a rough surface texture. Processing technology: Polishing, tempering, and rolling 2D or 2B products using 100-120 grinding materials (JIS R6002).
No.4- Has good glossiness and a fine surface texture. Processing technology: Polishing and tempering rolling of 2D or 2B products using 150-180 grinding materials (JIS R6002).
HL - Silver gray with hair stripes. Processing technology: Polish 2D or 2B products with appropriate particle size abrasive materials to create a continuous grinding pattern on the surface.
MIRRO - In a mirror like state. Processing technology: Grind and polish 2D or 2B products with appropriate particle size abrasive materials to achieve a mirror like effect.
