NP550 and ArmaPro550 bulletproof steel plates are developed on the basis of high hardness and ultra-high hardness special protective steel, which is a thin steel plate with high resistance to bullets, high strength and toughness. NP550 material can prevent high-speed bullet attacks, and ArmaPro550 can prevent the weight of the whole vehicle from increasing after bulletproof modification, ensuring a certain cargo capacity and reaching the level of C-level protective cash transport vehicles.
Balancing lightweight and safety, the most widely used grade of bulletproof steel, 550HB, ArmaPro550 adopts a unique chemical composition design and process path, ensuring excellent performance while minimizing costs, making ArmaPro550 a highly cost-effective product in the market. Due to the use of a unique quenching process, the flatness of the product is excellent, reaching 3mm/m. ArmaPro550 is a military civilian dual-use bulletproof steel, widely used in armored vehicles or civilian cash transport vehicles, as well as various military civilian dual-use bulletproof doors, window frames, and wall panels.
The four characteristics of NP550 armored steel plate:
