X15CrNiSi25-21- Austenite in austenitic martensitic stainless steel is unstable and easily transforms into martensite. Therefore, the cold plastic deformation in the austenite structure can be used to manufacture parts, ensuring its necessary process performance. No matter how complex its shape is, the strength can be uniformly improved through the transformation of martensite without significantly reducing its plasticity and toughness. Austenitic martensitic stainless steel is mostly strengthened by dual heat treatment, first obtaining martensite, and then undergoing martensite aging treatment. This aging treatment results in a much greater strengthening effect than austenitic stainless steel with similar chemical composition.

X15CrNiSi25-21 stainless steel, German DIN standard stainless steel. X15CrNiSi25-21 is an austenitic stainless heat-resistant steel with increased carbon and silicon content, which has good oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance. X15CrNiSi25-21 can improve its oxidation and forging properties due to the presence of silicon. X15CrNiSi25-21 also has high high-temperature strength, but is sensitive to sulfur-containing atmospheres and tends to embrittle precipitated phases at 600-800 ºC. Suitable for manufacturing various furnace components that withstand stress.
