Audited Supplier 301 stainless steel strip is a type of metastable austenitic stainless steel with a completely austenitic structure under sufficient solid solution conditions. Among stainless steel, 301 is the steel that is most prone to cold deformation strengthening. Through cold deformation processing, the strength and hardness of the steel can be improved, while retaining sufficient plasticity and toughness. In addition, this steel has good rust resistance under atmospheric conditions, but poor corrosion resistance in reducing media and poor corrosion resistance in chemical media such as acid, alkali, and salt. Therefore, it is not recommended for use in harsh corrosive environments. 301 is mainly used in the cold working state for equipment components that withstand high loads while also hoping to reduce equipment weight and prevent rusting. In addition, this steel is prone to work hardening when impacted by external forces, which can absorb more impact energy and provide more reliable safety protection for equipment and personnel.
