Product Description

2A16 aluminium alloy, which is a heat-resistant duralumin, is characterized by: The strength of the alloy is not too high at normal temperature, while it has high creep strength at high temperature. The alloy has strong plasticity in hot state, no extrusion effect, and can be strengthened. The welding performance is good, the tendency of crack formation is not significant, the weld air tightness is good, the weld corrosion stability is low, the aluminum clad plate corrosion stability is good, and the corrosion resistance of extruded semi-finished products is not high. In order to prevent corrosion, should use anodic oxidation treatment or paint protection: machinable performance is good. Mainly used in 250-350ºC working parts, such as bearing to compressor blade, disc, plate used as normal temperature and high temperature working welding parts, such as containers, airtight warehouse, etc
