National DIN and EN standards 1.4841 heat-resistant steel, also known as X15CrNiSi25-21 high-temperature resistant stainless steel.
Property:
1. Good heat resistance: 1.4841 heat-resistant steel has excellent high-temperature resistance and can work for a long time in high-temperature environments.
2. Oxidation resistance: It has good oxidation resistance and can form a stable oxide film at high temperatures, protecting steel from oxidation and corrosion.
3. Excellent creep performance: The creep performance of heat-resistant steel refers to its deformation ability after bearing a certain load under high temperature conditions. 1.4841 has good creep resistance and can maintain stable shape and size at high temperatures.
4. Good mechanical properties: Heat resistant steel has high strength, hardness, and toughness, allowing it to withstand certain loads and stresses under high temperature conditions.
Heat treatment:
1. Solution treatment (annealing): Heat 1.4841 heat-resistant steel to about 1050-1150 ºC, hold for a period of time, and then cool to improve the toughness and workability of the material.
2. Sinking treatment: By using water or oil cooling, the hardness and strength of 1.4841 can be further improved after solid solution treatment.
Usage:
Due to its excellent heat resistance and oxidation resistance, 1.4841 heat-resistant steel is widely used in the following fields:
1. Furnace and tube manufacturing: 1.4841 can be used to manufacture high-temperature industrial furnaces, heat treatment furnaces, annealing furnaces, and resistance furnaces, etc. It has excellent corrosion and heat resistance performance in high-temperature environments.
2. Petroleum and chemical industry: This material is suitable for fields such as petroleum refining, high-temperature smelting, chemical reaction vessels, and catalyst manufacturing, and can withstand the requirements of high temperature, high pressure, and corrosive media.
3. Electric Power Industry: 1.4841 is commonly used in the manufacturing of high-temperature components in gas turbines, boilers, and nuclear power plants, such as combustion chambers, burner heads, etc.
4. Paper and textile industry: In high-temperature drying equipment, cardboard drying machines, and textile drying machines, 1.4841 heat-resistant steel can maintain stable performance and lifespan.
5. Other industries, such as food processing, metallurgy, glass industry, etc., are commonly used for equipment manufacturing in high-temperature environments.
