Product Description

Color coated sheet, also known as coated sheet or color steel plate, is made from metal coils (cold-rolled sheet, hot-dip galvanized sheet, aluminum plated sheet, high aluminum alloy sheet, stainless steel sheet, etc.) as the substrate, and coated or laminated with various organic coatings or plastic films on the surface. Color coated board structure
Topcoat: blocking sunlight and preventing UV damage to the coating; When the topcoat reaches the specified thickness, it can form a dense shielding film, reducing water and oxygen permeability
Primer: It helps to strengthen the adhesion to the substrate, making it less prone to paint detachment after the paint film is permeable. At the same time, it also improves corrosion resistance because the primer contains corrosion inhibiting pigments, such as chromate pigments, which passivate the anode and improve corrosion resistance

Back paint: Its function is to prevent corrosion of steel plates from the inside, and it is generally a two-layer structure (2/1M or 2/2, primer+back paint). If the back needs to be bonded, it is recommended to use a single-layer structure
