One of the important performance characteristics of A335 P5/P9 high-pressure alloy pipes is corrosion resistance. Its resistance to acid, alkali, salt, and atmospheric corrosion is very good, and long-term use is also guaranteed. Moreover, it is resistant to high temperatures, impacts, and fatigue, and does not require regular maintenance after construction. Generally, its service life can reach over 15 years.
The tensile strength of seamless pipes is very high, more than 8 times higher than that of ordinary steel. A manufacturing method for seamless steel pipes, which includes rolling of high-pressure alloy pipes, sizing and reducing of steel pipes, cooling and finishing of steel pipes, or heating and perforation of steel billets, hot stamping, acid pickling, cold drawing, carbon burning, cutting, spraying and packaging of finished products. The method is characterized in that a rolling machine base with multiple rolling rolls is set up, and multiple core rod seamless pipe rolling mills are continuously configured in different rolling directions, After rolling seamless steel pipes on such a manufacturing production line, the wall thickness of the rolled steel pipes in the circumferential direction is measured at multiple points. Based on the measurement results, at least the two ends of the rolling rolls on the final rolling machine seat of the core rod seamless pipe rolling mill are controlled separately to minimize wall thickness unevenness.
