Audited Supplier 304 is equivalent to 0Cr19Ni9 (0Cr18Ni9) stainless steel in China. 304 stainless steel is a universal stainless steel material with stronger rust prevention performance than the 200 series stainless steel materials. It also has good high temperature resistance, up to 1000-1200 degrees. 304 stainless steel has excellent stainless steel corrosion resistance and good resistance to intergranular corrosion. For oxidizing acids, it was found in experiments that 304 stainless steel has strong corrosion resistance in nitric nabelow boiling temperature with a concentration of ≤ 65%. It also has good corrosion resistance to alkaline solutions and most organic and inorganic acids.
The surface is aesthetically pleasing and has diverse usage possibilities. It has good corrosion resistance, longer durability, and higher strength than ordinary steel. Therefore, the possibility of using thin plates is high, and they are resistant to high temperature oxidation and strength. Therefore, they can withstand fire and be processed at room temperature, which is easy to plastic. Due to the lack of surface treatment, they are simple to maintain and clean, with high smoothness and good welding performance
