Usage:

1.4948 stainless steel processing technology:
1. Cutting: Use appropriate cutting tools (such as band saws, cutting machines, etc.) to cut 1.4948 stainless steel according to design requirements and obtain the required size of raw materials.
2. Rough machining: Based on the shape and size of the processed components, select appropriate mechanical processing equipment for rough machining, such as milling machines, lathes, etc., to process the raw materials into semi-finished products that are close to the final shape.

5. Welding: If it is necessary to weld 1.4948 stainless steel, appropriate welding methods (such as TIG welding, MIG welding, etc.) should be selected, and matching welding materials should be selected to ensure the quality of the welded joint.
6. Surface treatment: For workpieces that require special surface treatment, such as polishing, spraying, etc., corresponding surface treatment processes can be carried out as needed.
