Cold rolled strip
Using stainless steel strips/coils as raw materials, they are rolled into products by cold rolling at room temperature. Conventional thickness<0.1mm~3mm>, width<100mm~2000mm>;
Cold rolled steel strip/coil has advantages such as smooth surface, flatness, high dimensional accuracy, and good mechanical properties. Most products are rolled into coils and can be processed into coated steel plates;

Hot rolled strip
Strip steel with a thickness of 1.80mm-6.00mm and a width of 50mm-1200mm is produced by hot rolling.
Hot rolled strip/thin plate has advantages such as low hardness, easy processing, and good ductility.

Cold and hot differences
Cold rolled steel strip has good strength and yield ratio, while hot-rolled steel strip has good ductility and toughness.
The surface quality, appearance, and dimensional accuracy of cold-rolled steel strips are superior to those of hot-rolled plates.
The thickness of cold-rolled steel strip is ultra-thin, while the thickness of hot-rolled steel strip is relatively large.
Silicon steel strip
Grain oriented silicon steel strip, also known as cold-rolled silicon steel strip for telecommunications industry, is a silicon steel strip with a grain oriented structure and a thickness of no more than 0.20mm used to manufacture iron cores for various power transformers, pulse transformers, magnetic amplifiers, converters, etc. with operating frequencies above 400Hz.
Cold rolled steel strip
Cold rolled steel strip for deep drawing is a low-carbon high-quality carbon structural steel cold rolled steel strip used for deep drawing complex drawn parts.

Delivery is required after heat treatment and leveling.

Structural steel strip
Delivery status:
Delivered in a heat treated state (annealing, normalizing, tempering after normalizing, high-temperature tempering).
Steel strips can be delivered without heat treatment, provided that their performance meets the standard requirements. Ordinary drawn grade steel strips are allowed to be delivered without heat treatment.
Cold rolled steel strips shall be delivered in a heat treated (annealed, normalized, and tempered after normalizing) state and shall be delivered flat.
