Product Description

50CrVA steel belongs to medium carbon alloy spring steel, and the final heat treatment of the steel is quenching and tempering. After heat treatment, this steel has good toughness, high proportion limit and strength limit, high fatigue strength, and similar hardenability to 65S12MnWA, with high hardenability and low overheating sensitivity; When the component is used at a temperature of 300 ºC, its elasticity can still be maintained. The cutting performance of steel is still good, but its plasticity is low during cold deformation and its weldability is poor. Can be used for heavy-duty mold springs. Steel for integral quenching top rod used in plastic molds and die-casting molds.
