Audited Supplier Type 201 is an austenitic chromium-nickel-manganese stainless steel that was developed in the 1950's due to worldwide nickel shortages. In the Type 201 composition, manganese and nitrogen are partially substituted for nickel.J1 Stainless Steel is a low nickel variant of stainless steel. It is specifically chrome-manganese austenitic steel which has a relative amount of nitrogen. The nitrogen amount causes greater annealed strength in comparison to AISI- 304.Many J-1 exchange visitors come to the United States with their families. The J-2 visa is for a dependent spouse or an unmarried child who is under the age of 21. J-2 status enables dependents to stay in the United States during the J-1 visitor's program.The toughness of grade 202 at low temperatures is excellent. It is one of the most widely used precipitation hardening grades, and possesses good corrosion resistance, toughness, high harness, and strength.
