The strength of 1045 sm45c thick walled seamless steel pipe is slightly higher than that of 15 steel, and it is rarely quenched and has no temper brittleness. Untreated: ≤ 156HB, sample size: sample size 25mm.
The production and manufacturing process of 45# thick walled seamless steel pipes can be divided into four basic methods: cold drawing, cold rolling, hot rolling, and hot expansion. The materials of the steel pipes are 10 #, 20 #, 35 #, and 45 #, which are called ordinary steel pipes, 16Mn is called low-alloy steel pipe, which is between ordinary steel pipe and alloy steel pipe. The materials of steel pipes are 27SiMn, 12Cr1MoV, 10CrMo910, 15CrMo, 35CrMo, and stainless steel pipes are collectively referred to as alloy steel pipes.

The 1045 sm45c thick walled seamless steel pipe is delivered in a non heat treated or heat treated (annealed, normalized, or high-temperature tempered) state. If delivery is required in a heat-treated state, it should be specified in the contract. If not specified, delivery shall be made without heat treatment.
